[council] Montreal Schedule Adjustment

To the GNSO Council:

To accommodate requests for constituency meetings on Monday, 23 June
2003, the Public Forum session previously scheduled for 9:00 am to noon
on that day has been cancelled.  All the Public Forum topics, including
the Whois workshop, will be handled in the remaining three sessions of
the Public Forum:

   ICANN Public Forum, Part 1 (Whois Workshop)
      - Tuesday, 24 June 2003, 9:00 am to noon

   ICANN Public Forum, Part 2 (Whois Workshop)
      - Wednesday, 25 June 2003, morning

   ICANN Public Forum, Part 3
      - Wednesday, 25 June 2003, afternoon

Additional details are likely to be added, and adjustments made, to the
Montreal schedule as the time of the meeting approaches.  We will
reflect the latest information at the Montreal meeting web page at
<http://www.icann.org/montreal/>, but will only periodically be making
announcements.
