[ga-full] Re: [ga] ICANN reposesses PN domain for Pitcairn
Harald and everyone else,
I thought that Jeri Clausing's take was much more accurate than
ICANN's strange report. A little marketing went into that report!
Seems like the is all of 49 residents on this little island. Jeff
Williams ask me to check it out last night for security purposes,
so I did. It is full of holes. They are going to get hacked. Well
I will be sending them some ideas as to how to address those
gaping holes in their systems tomorrow.
I hope nobody is stupid enough to register any DN's with them
anytime soon!
Kinda a cheep looking site I thought as well...

Jeri Clausing's take:

IANA's report to ICANN:
http://www.icann.org/general/pn-report-11feb00.htm
It is not clear from ICANN's web page whether the registry change decision
has in fact been made, or when it's effective from. I hope those details
will be published soon.
