Kristy and all,

  Well possibly as you know WXW has had a long standing
feud with Joop whom got the IDNO effort started, and has
been detrimental to individual domain name owners having
their own constituency within the ICANN Constituency model.
This feud that WXW has had with the IDNO and Joop is
based on WXW's lack of support for an leadership position
within the IDNO.

  All this aside however I have to agree with Dave Crocker and
WXW on one point, that being that the unorganized nature of the
IDNO at this juncture has lead to a very late request for an
agenda item on the Yokohama ICANN DNSO meetings.
The IDNO should have been prepared long before now and
were warned to be prepared some months ago to be so.
