I do not see it as you seem to do. Calling on people to do the right
thing, does not imply any claim.

I would not construe this as an "or". The motion presented and
seconded will not take much time, will it?

And the list is not that busy anyway.

I call upon the chair to have this motion voted on. Again: bottom-up,
transparency...
