  To a degree I agree with you assertion here Bret.  However the DNSO
is an assembly of Domain name owners.  Some are represented
by constituency's, most are not.  Therefore, the general assembly of the
DNSO is the only place left for those Domain Name owners to be
represented as the ICANN @large is seemingly defunct or at least
not able to reflect non-affiliated Domain Name owners/users.
