Re: [ga] Qualifications for GA Chair?
Dear Eric,
I will be candid with you. You appear to have the impetus. But I reniew my
question in a different way.

- do we need an impetuous leader?
- or a powerfull pusher?
Or in another way:
- do we want the GA represented by one person to explain the role it could
play?
- or do we want the GA to take over its role and make its job?
Or in another way:
- do we want someone to obtain that the bylaws are changed?
- do we want someone helping us to make the bylaws to adapt to what will do?
