Good point here, Roberto. It could be that in some instances the
registry and registrar functions can or should be performed by the
same entity. As such, this needs to be debated and discussed.
I would add however that each contract let in this regard with the
new gTLD's should be reviewed separately by the DNSO GA
before acceptance, and that such acceptance should be the will
of the GA before the ICANN BoD may let these possible
contracts....
