Vint and all remaining assembly members,
If what you say is true, Vint. Than why is it that it is within the
policy guidance of the BoD? Shouldn't these sorts of decisions
be in part at least, determined by the stakeholders/participants?
Shouldn't contract changes that have an huge or even a partial
policy implication also require the approval of the Stakeholders?
Does the MoU and the White Paper mean anything the the ICANN
BoD at this point? Has it ever? Will it ever? When might that be?
