  That's not what I have read from certain ICANN BoD members or at least
what they have implied, but not directly stated....

  Fine Dave.  Than is should be no problem for the ICANN BoD to
issue a policy statement or a clause in the new contract that states
clearly that no changes in the potentially new registry for .ORG
will be made in perpetuity.  Vint, and other BoD members can
you guys commit to this?
