The right answer is *both*. Personally, I'd like to see all four candidates
in the future development of the GA. This is an organization setting itself
up to represent millions of Internet stakeholders, all stakeholders, not
just those that ICANN recognizes currently through it's existing NC and
Constituency structure. Let's face it, running the GA is not a hobby. Until
such time as folks with interests in TLDA, .ORG, Multilingualism, Outreach
and Education, Individuals, Small business, and others, are recognized by
ICANN's SO as part of the consensus building process, it is the duty of the
incoming GA Chair to be all inclusive to those viewpoints in its output. For
the GA Chair to delegate particular responsibilities to members who have
identified themselves with particular topics, seems to me a sensible policy.
