OK but that wasn't an official vote - just a sounding out of opinion.

I suggest we move the discussion over to [ga-ext] which is the mailing list
for "constituencies" and discuss the issue for another week to formulate an
agreed motion to be put to a formal vote.

Can I call for volunteers to be the Chair for that list?  I also suggest
that person can moderate the discussion and monitor the list or appoint
someone to do so.
