Re: [ga] Text of Joe Sims 'willing to advocate' e-mail:

Yes sir,

I have a funny combination of degrees, and one includes a bs in philosophy. And the answer, is hell no! any conflict on behalf of a knight is wrong.  We love our saints and we hate our Judas's,  The next couple degrees have to do with J.D. ism and I render no further opinion except disgust

Sincerely,

Andy and all,

A lawyer works for whomever pays his fee.  That's pretty simple.
Now, if both ICANN have retained Joe Sims as well as VRSN,
than there is a potential conflict of interest.  Given the text
of Joe's letter, which I read carefully and ask our legal council
to read also carefully, it seems fairly obvious that a conflict
of interest does indeed exist.  I think Joe, knows exactly what
he is doing.  I also assume that he is now in a bit of a sticky
Wicket, should someone call him on it!  Joe, you have the
floor....  ????
