A lawyer works for whomever pays his fee. That's pretty
simple.
Now, if both ICANN have retained Joe Sims as well as VRSN,
than there is a potential conflict of interest. Given the text
of Joe's letter, which I read carefully and ask our legal council
to read also carefully, it seems fairly obvious that a conflict
of interest does indeed exist. I think Joe, knows exactly what
he is doing. I also assume that he is now in a bit of a sticky
Wicket, should someone call him on it! Joe, you have the
floor.... ????
