Re: [ga] [ADMIN] Four Week Suspension of Eric Dierker

Be careful friend you have posting limits, while I do not!

Do you deny it is: 1. the language I use, and 2. My crudeness and bluntness that
you do not like.

I never attacked anyones integrity I attacked the stance they took with regard
to us stupid people that make noise. I attacked their position with regard to
politics within the GA. Your earlier analogy was correct, a pompous ass judge
with his silver spoon would contempt me for challenging another member of his
class. I never said that you were not entitled to be in your class by hard work
and intelligence, I simply made the point that now that you are there you want
to keep us nonconformists out.

You and I have a score to settle. This score is at the heart of the TOP DOWN
management of the ICANN. It is not noise. It is at the heart of the little man
using the internet and having to scrapp his way for every right against privacy
invasion and freedom of speech and access issues.

Go ahead and tell me what is more important than that the commoner has
unfettered access to the net. Yet you would restrict it based upon his
linguistic ability to meet your standards. I hate to tell you this but the
movies imitate life, we cuss and swear when we get cheated. If the telephone
company or ICANN cheat us we get mad. And when their response is that: "our
language prohibits us from discussion or recourse"(as in your court of law) we
go postal. It is your Top Down laying of standards that hurt this forum and Net
not my bottoms up.

Truth be told I am far better off, in the GA Full, I can speak my mind, and
those who know me can use delete.

Best to all and if you read this against you will my apologies.

My best also to starving children whos caretakers are denied access to the
internet and better methods of farming by ruthless tyranical governments and the
ICANN.

Sincerely,
Eric
