I did not see that Eric's comments made such a declaration of
assumption of power. Only that courts can and have enforced
such a declaration and that the GA is in agreement with those
instances and cases where such was declared. So I believe
you either misinterpreted Eric's comment entirely, or are attempting
to spread misinformation by characterizing his comment
in a manner which was clearly not stated or intended.

He didn't declare that, but purports to state that a number of the GA
does do so, and that he is in agreement with such a declaration. Again
you are either misinterpreting his comment/statement or you are purposefully
attempting to spread misinformation and cast aspersions that are not

Name one of show one that indicate otherwise as you purport that is
not just someone's opinion.
