Re: [ga] NC Proposal for an Individuals' Constituency

Danny and all assembly members and/or NC representatives,

It has been expressed that the current definition for such a
constituency
is not yet fully developed. This indication is in as much so due to the

fact that Inclusive and Competitive Registries/root structures such as
New.Net registrants or Domain Name holders are not included
in the current definition for membership in the proposed IDNHO
or Individuals Constituency. As such, we believe that this proposal
still needs some wording changes to be inclusive as a matter of
requirement before such a Constituency could legitimately represent
it's claimed proposed body or stakeholders.
