GA members have the power to endorse or not endorse nominees.

This has an importance and very big. Why?  Because every member of the
GA have the power to endorse or not anyone or endorse everyone, or to
endorse only one (or the amount they want), etc, even if after Names
Council members votes in favor or not about certain candidates.   Any
amount of GA members even has the freedom to arrange amongst themselves
to who endorse, or not endorse.

Maybe the members of the GA doesn't have the last word, but it has a
power in this elections.
