Patrick and all assembly members,

  We agree wit Patrick's assessment here.  And this subject has been discussed
at least three different times before on this forum alone, not to mention
on the NCDNHC forum and the Eu-ICANN forum as well.

  Of the original "Constituencies" none, had to meet this terribly high
bar for qualification as a legitimate "ICANN Constituency".  In fact
two don't meet it now.
