Vany and all assembly members,

  Vany, pardon me but if you are going to be involved in a public
political arena, than you have to expect that any of you E-Mail or
other forms of private communications is likely to be publicly
posted or otherwise known eventually.  In this instance, you were
discussing public interests areas.  As such Kristy was justified
in posting back to you on a public mailing list.
