Joop, Derek and all assembly members,
I think a better question here that Derek could have ask might be:
Why are a number of these ICANN Meeting being held in such
remote locations where the number of Internet usage is very tiny?
Should this question been ask one can began to understand why the costs
of attending is higher than it needs to be.
Along these lines...
A second question that Derek could have ask might be:
Why are some participants (NC Members in particular) expenses
been paid our of the ICANN Budget?
