Dear Board Candidates,

At this time it would be appropriate to advise the Secretariat or the Chair 
as to whether you will be in attendance at Montevideo.   We may need to make 
arrangements for a telephone link whereby you can communicate to the Assembly 
and to the Council representatives.  Each of you is allotted time for a 
five-minute presentation of your views.  After the presentations have 
concluded, we will commence a question/answer period.
