In a word, Yes.  Let's see what the market says about it.  People
speak with their wallets.  The registries that do the best for their
customers will do well.  Those who don't, well...  They are 
competing
now, for that matter.  I don't see it endangering Verisign. 
 Of course, things could change.  Good, honest service brings 
customers.
