Raising your voice is okay, Danny, if only it would do any good.  
Since the NC happens to be what the board listens to and GA is 
for most purposes spitting into the wind, why is the result of the so-
called task force any more of a surprise than the change of agenda 
for the MDR meetings?  I want to know what it will take to change 
the balance of power.  So far, it looks as though those who have 
and covet more will siimply take it while the US government rubber 
stamps the coup.

Not only will the individual not have any voice in policy decisions, 
but I suspect that soon it will be illegal in the US for them to even 
have their own networks unless they conform to some ICANN 
badly stated policy/law.  How far will this go?
