I note your list is not inclusive or exclusive. Please Joanna and Jefsey and
Roeland and WXW and Dr. Lovell take part.
May we delegate a sublist and may we appoint David Farrar as our chairman? I do
believe Sys. is right
I offer the first proposition:
ICANN has contracted to support these concepts may we first explore mandatory
financing of such work.
Secondly may we change and parrot other groups papers.
Third, may we tie this into security and carry over into the current agenda
(strictly for political purposes)
Fourth, and optimum of all will people please contribute so that Brothers and
Sisters may be heard.
