Just a quick reminder that today's meeting of the ICANN DNSO Names
Council is about to begin.

(It is scheduled to start at 2:00PM local time -- which is 5:00PM US
Eastern time, 10:00PM UTC.  The Public Forum on At Large Participation
begins approximately four hours later -- 6:00PM local, 9:00PM US Eastern, 
2:00AM UTC.  The DNSO General Assembly session will begin two hours after
that, at 8:00PM local, 11:00PM Eastern, 4:00AM UTC.)
