Pascal and all assembly members,

  Pascal is essentially correct here.  A new or other root structure
is relevant as any other including the Legacy/USG root structure
presently.  The fact that the Legacy/USG root's are more widely used
is a potentially temporary condition.  How Temporary?  I don't
think anyone really knows.
