Re: Re[6]: [ga] Using the Sub-Lists

Let me make it a little bit more clear, though English is not my primary
language:

You are not appointed by anyone to decide upon who participates and how one
participates, not who one represents, or wants to represent, nor are you the
guardian of my rights of free speach, whether as an individual or as a
(business) entity or any other representation, those decisions are to the
individuals and the organisations they represent if so.

Furthermore can it not be so that you judge whether my criticism was without
merit, criticism goes without such quite well, seeing your reaction.

To the assembly, i apologize fo the interruption of a pleasant discussion,
but seeing as these sidebars seem to be habitual, I felt I should stay in
tune with them.

Leaves open the fact that IMO we are still discussing extremely moot points
and despite Elliot's lengthy explanation, his plan seems to me an individual
enterprise plan where the registry has no more rights (nor ANY of the
registrars) then any other business entity or be it so, any individual in
the world.

The registry can draw upon some vested powers, the registrars have none
other then the ones bought by entering into an agreement with ICANN, from
which agreement they (the registrars) derive the right to register and
transfer domains. no more.

abel
