Yes I think you are right here.
And it was a fine presentation in MDR.
email and chat rooms are far more widely used that any other mechanisms
in developing countries.
While there is a lack of ecommerce by AmEuro standards there is a huge
desire, need, demand and use of the net as a communication device in
emerging countries.
But then we are only talking about users.
