Thank you for the chart it helps greatly in putting a meandering
unfocused and ill prepared document in focus.
I wonder about these comments though. I think you have not given enough
credit to the "key Stakeholders"
it would appear that Lynn is trying to somehow make legitimate that
Verisign certain Euro govs and the DOC have all the power.
Again just preliminary comments. OTOH many of have been awaiting a GAC
big business conglomerate to impose its' will on the net. How utterly
ridiculous to think that any gov anywhere can keep up with the technical
geniuses of our time. It is like attempting to regulate the timing of
when Mozart will create.
