all right you have my undying support on this issue.
It is called a Secretariat and is handled by companies and not one individual.
There must be balances in check and it must be void of any censorship
capabilities.
It must have a proven track record and it must be able to demonstrate it's
ability to act
with unbiased integrity. And it must be voted upon.
Did I miss anything? Oh yes it must prove technical capability.
Now you have my full support.
Keep on rocking in the free world.
