[ga] Re: Open Letter to Mr Jeff Neuman from The Internet Challenge

Richard and all,

It is beginning to appear more and more that the .BIZ registry
operated by nuelevel, a CORE/IAHC derivative for the past,
to be operating a scam of some growing proportions. A few
or our [INEGroup] members whom tried to register .BIZ
domain names (Several which are listed in Richard's list below)
initially did get them on nuelevels original PRE-Registration
program, but later never received confirmation. This information
was passed along to the ICANN staff, Nuelevel, and the NTIA,
yet nothing from any of them has been heard from sense. Now
it seems that through some of Richard's investigation we are beginning
to know why nothing was heard at that time.

But all this really shows clearly that the ICANN staff was not and is not
prepared or will not do their duty in protecting the registrant's in their
oversight responsibility from the MoU.
