[ga] Re: Open Letter to Mr Jeff Neuman from The Internet Challenge

Dear Jeff Neuman and Vint Cerf

Further deep concern about the integrity of Neulevel's .biz Registry : a
single registrant has been allowed to register 2089 names in the .biz 2B
release last week, and they are all up for sale at a website.

The company is called Registernameshere.com

They list all 2089 names and offer them for sale at this website:
http://www.registernameshere.com/dotbiz2b.html

Features: www.neulevelmarketing.biz
www.neulevelsucks.biz
www.wwwneulevel.biz

and 2086 other names... when will ANYTHING be learned from these "proof of
concepts"? Konrad Plankenstein was allowed to register 4981 names in the
.info Sunrise. Even a cursory check of the Registrars queues by Neulevel
would have alerted you to the fact that this company set out to break your
own registry rules. (a) because of the sheer number of registrations (b)
more obviously, because they SAY these domains are for sale on the WHOIS
details submitted to you.

I call on Neulevel to delete ALL these names forthwith, as you are entitled
to do to protect the integrity of your registry. I call on Neulevel to
intervene, as well, to deal with the SIX Registrars who are under suspicion
of having applied for registrations for just one registrant in exclusive
queues to which the internet public did not have access.

Thank you for your attention

Richard
