Jeff and all assembly members,

  Although this all sounds nice Jeff, It mostly looks like a political
statement with little substance.  Something of allot more substance
would seem to be in order here.  So perhaps in the next day or two
you can add or modify this milk toast response to the growing problem
that will suggest and/or outline in some detail what is going to be done
to actually correct this growing and troubling problem.

As always, INEGroup members thank you in advance for your cooperation
on this very important and pressing problem.
