is and has been a entragal part of many economies on a global basis
and has been for several years now...

Constructive criticism is a healthy thing when acted upon. Mistakes
that are made over and over again says that some amongst us have
not learned some if not quite a few lessons very well.. This systemic
problem can be corrected however. But to correct them, we must
recognize that mistakes are not a good thing if repeated, that
we must collectively recognize this, that we must actively and
actually seek to correct these mistakes, and than at that point
we know we have learned from those mistakes...
