The issue of "ballot box stuffing" has been raised - And I'd like to say
that there is nothing wrong when people who have a right to vote take the
time and effort to register as voters on issues that interest them.
The public interest in Internet governance is best served when the public
participates.
One ought not to forget that in the ICANN structure as it currently exists
the larger ballot box of making policy has already been stuffed - the
constituency structure of the DNSO creates several very large ballots for
certain selected industries and business sectors.
