The change is extremely simple, like Liberty. Instead to be like puppies in 
a leash around the root system, it is to use a standalone user system 
architecture with your own root (or obtained from who you want). This is 
the way it worked on the international system before the DNS was invented. 
This is the way it could easily work with a resolver.ini file should 
BillyWindows wants it. Or a sourceforge standalone resolver project. jfc
