  Yes but such a discussion list(s) are no substitute for
members having a vote on what effects them directly or
indirectly Dave.  Hence the concern...

  The NCDNHC or any other group of stakeholders/users has
every right even some responsibility to evaluate any and all
applicants or even potential applicants for redelegated gTLD's.

  Unfair has nothing what so ever to do whit this thread.  Concern,
interest, and stakeholders in .org name space does...  Hence your
spin here is misplaced and not a valid argument in the context of
this thread thus far...

  I don't see any flames Dave.  Maybe you are seeing too many
"Black Helicopters" of late.  But than again you have a long history
of such paranoiac behavior don't you...  ???  Hence, I find it a tad
difficult to see you point of trying to discontinue this thread
with such clap trap as it is not productive...
