Deaf Jeff
I am pleased to read your pledge: "As current chair of the gTLD Registry
Constituency, you have my commitment
to see what we can do within our own constituency to improve our own
openness and transparency."
As I wrote here to the GA:
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga-full/Arc10/msg05160.html
I am requesting openness over Afilias's Evaluation of Concepts for .info, as
required in Appendix U of the .info Agreement. I have asked Hal Lubsen and
Dan Halloran for these to be made available (as allowed under this Appendix
to the Agreement) so that ALL participants can make informed judgments in
the NewTLDs Evaluation Process.
Please could you and your fellow participants in the gTLD Registry
Constituency ensure that these documents are made available as they are
overdue. Naturally I would turn first to Dan Halloran and Hal Lubsen but I
have had no reply from either of them.
This does not meet the standards of "openness and transparency" which you
seem to be promising from the gTLD Registry Constituency.
Please could you respond to this request. Thank you.
Richard Henderson
