  Thank you Declan for passing this along.  I am at this moment watching you
on CNBC tonight.  It is interesting to see the scrambling pointed out
in the Washington Post article (See Below) in particular from ICANN
on the DNSO GA and NCDNHC ML forums also in this regard...
