E-Mail Etiquette is extinct or basically not widely practiced as you
refer to it here. The original response was posted to the DNSO GA
list as was my follow-up. As a matter of etiquette it would be appropriate
to continue this thread-exchange on the list... You choose to use
a argument that was more along the lines of a personal attack towards
myself with only a tiny bit of your argument applying to the relevant
response that John made and provided an article to support.

I am suspended from the GA FULL list, yes. Which perhaps
brings up the fact that I indicated before, that being a review of the
archives of this forum and how it is unfortunately managed, might
be a good idea for you to engage in at your earliest opportunity...

Well I am afraid you are again thinking inside the box again. Hence such
a ridiculous comment/statement adequately shows. So your name calling
approach although obviously childish in it's nature, still has no good
basis for it's not necessarily eventual conclusion. However if the mindset
of ICANN is as Louis has stated and you seem to be indirectly supporting,
I have no doubt the ICANN will yet again be sued in this regard. None the
less it can be largely if not completely avoided..

Again, Domains are not TLD's. TLD's are Top Level Domains...
And what "People" are you referring to? Registrants, Registries or
potential registries? If Registries or potential Registries, I also have no
doubt
that ICANN will again screw up and fail to abide by RFC1591 in it's
original form, and cherry pick, as they have thus far done, and the
legal community will again have an opportunity for a financial series
of windfalls due to unnecessary legal actions... Again however most
if not all of that can be avoided. Ball is in ICANN's court. From the
sound or tone of Louis's comments as well as Stuart Lynn's indicated
direction, they seem to prefer to take a course that invites being sued...
