No Allan not everything boils down to Domain Names on this forum.
Whois is not just about Domain Names for only one example. Please
try to get a grip on reality!

Yes I believe he does... I can tell from the tone of you leading question
you don't however. And there IS the crux of the flaw in your thus far,
presented arguments...

Has he sued yet? No, he has not. Is he going to. Maybe. Can it be
avoided as this discussion and John's reference and comments are relevant
to? Yes such legal actions can be avoided and should be, but not in the
process or way in which Louis and Stuart are trying to go about it...
Therefore Allan, it is indeed possible that ICANN will be yet again sued
as they are setting themselves up to be sued for reason or reasons that
are purely of their own making, yet are still very avoidable... But if
as an organization through it's leadership is not willing to work WITH
the stakeholder/user community in a manner that meets the demands of that
stakeholder/user community, than legal actions, amongst other types
of actions will likely ensue. Thus far the ICANN BoD and Staff
have yet again showed in Louis's comments to which John Berryhill
commented on and provided a good reference to, that they are unwilling,
or unable to work WITH the stakeholder/user community as has been the
central and most undermining problem with ICANN from nearly the
beginning.

I would not make any "Deal" with you even if you paid me $1B US up front...
INEGroup does not, and has never desired or needed a DN of it's own.
If I or any of our members wanted to register a DN for INEGroup we can
do that at any time. I personally already have INEGroup.GOD now. >;)
