Dear fellow members:

I suppouse that we are on time to propose resolutions for Stockholm
meeting.

I have a resolution proposal:

"The NCDNHC recomends and request formally to the ICANN Board the
creation of a new constituency that represents the individual domain names
holders and that all the process required be followed according to the
By-Laws regarding new constituencies"

Also it would be helpfull if along with this resolution (if aprooved
by the membership) also the names of all members of the NCDNHC
(or at least the names of the organizations that votes in favor of
this resolution) be attached to this resolution.
