Actually, the situation will resolve itself long before then, IMHO. It's
just not quite predictable as to how. Right now, the balance is with the
inclusive root. Which means, BTW, that it includes all those ICANN TLDs that
DON'T collide. Since, the NeuStar BIZ isn't even operational right now, no
one feels the pain.
BTW, I might also point out that the issue, right now, is access, not market
share.
