Hi Eric
The consensus seems to be that "consensus" should be discussed on
{ga-rules]. One or two don't agree. The others don't care very much.
As Acting Chair, my determination is that [ga-rules] is the appropriate
venue to discuss "meta" issues relating to rules, procedures, protocols
and how to reach consensus.
Wouldn't you agree?
