This is a great point Chris would you gather a list of links. I could kick
myself for not doing it during my research.  If you can't I am sure in the
next few days I can build a template with the links however in the mean time
using these which were created by our secretariat works pretty well.  Now for
general ICANN they switched over to a new system seemingly in conjunction with
my favorite Domain Policy NetSol list's demise and it is the hardest to
research since Harvards' RedBook basement.(maintained Supreme Court Briefs)
