You are of course correct about the titles. What I meant to say was "KEY
PRINCIPLES THAT UNDERLY BEST PRACTICES OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY", but your
alternative title is probably better.

However, the "BEST PRACTICES" concept has received a fairly positive
response from some of those who have persistently blocked attempts at
introducing new rules (including WXW which is no trivial achievement), so
let's not lose that rare opportunity to take a step forward, even a baby
step.

I lifted most of this particular text from UN Principals and Procedures, and
if you think an amended version would be at all useful as a covering
document to drive your "Definition of Motions" and other "Best Practice"
documents that may present themselves from time to time, that's great.

Alternatively, if it's just adding to the workload unecessarily, we
shouldn't push it.
