Read it again.  In allowing Eric's appeal I carefully said that it was no
reflection on the decision of the list monitors.  Just that Eric had
apologised.

There are no other examples or you would have quoted them..

Read it again.  You are not subscribed to [ga-abuse] so cannot know how many
complaints are made.  The opinions are those of those making the complaints.

The rules say "personal attacks, insults and abuse".  What else?

But you'd be wrong.  People don't like being insulted.
And it distracts the GA from getting any work done.

Which is one reason we don't achieve anything.
