I see, if one does not agree with your views, one is necessarily
"spinning" as you guys are motivated solely by altruism and reason?

As to the private exchanges: Unknown to me, the listmaster was rejecting
my posts as something was being interpolated into my e-mail address at
this end here. The problem has now been fixed and so the posts are
going through.
I think I was proposing three questions:

1 Should a registrar be able to charge the complainant a fee for
implementing a Dispute Resolution Panel's determination to transfer or
cancel a domain name?

2 Are you a registrar or an officer, employee or agent of a registrar?

3 Have you been an unsuccessful respondent to a UDRP complaint?

Although I believe Jeff and I may have thought that the third question
should be : "Are you a registrant, or an officer, agent or legal
representative of a registrant, of a domain name which a UDRP panel has
ordered transferred or cancelled?

Not sure if you wished to pursue your fourth possible question, Jeff?
