  I only used Barcelona.com as the example that you gave in your previous
post/response on this thread as one of 84% of the cases that have seemingly
found in the favor of the Complainant.  Not that all of those 84% were
"Wrong" decisions, but that 84% is an awful high percentage in favor of
the complainant and that Barcelona.com was a prime example.  There
are a number of others of course that have been discussed and debated
ad nausium on the DNSO GA list (See relevant archives for further
information).

  Again, always enjoy this attempt at spin!  >;)  But as usual, they are
relatively easy to detect and counter, as was this one.  Next!
