Re: [ga] We "decided" to defer the election of our ICANN board seats
in this election process, GA is not really playing any active role. this is
what i am implying.
1. nomination
anybody with 10 or more supports of any mailing lists; announce, ga,
and constituencies'. thus, the nomination is not just of GA.
moreover, WG lists are missing, which are major activity of GA.
2. nomination process
GA has not involved in development and decision on the nomination
this time.
i understand that we have extremely tight schedule, but the GA's active
involvement is essential to have proper self-governance at DNSO.
